Additional information relating to the covid 19 epidemic
- Entrance or exit only doors to gardens and toilet facilities: to impose directional flow and avoid crossing.
- Reception: distancing rules must be respected (floor marking indicating requisite distance), protection for till (installation of a transparent barrier and regular cleaning/disinfection of all surfaces). All staff will wear masks. For gardeners: Distancing Rules apply, PPE must be worn at all times, no physical contact.
- Upon purchase of a ticket, all visitors are required to use the hand sanitizer gel made available at reception.
- Paper guides are single use and should after be discarded.
- Regular cleaning of all communal facilities with disinfectant. including: floor, furniture and workstations, common contact surfaces (doors and handles, toilets and any other equipment.)
- Soap and single-use hand towels in sanitary facilities.
- Self guided visits must respect social distancing instructions.
- Do not touch any accessible tools or metal signage in the garden to avoid possible contamination.

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide specialised toilet facilities for people of reduced mobility at this moment.
A large part of the visit is over grassy pathways.
We strongly recommend wearing suitable footwear to avoid slipping or getting wet feet.
We can arrange speciality lunch, afternoon tea, wine or cocktail parties (get in touch).

- Coach drop off is possible at the garden gate (the coach must reverse in and not carry out a turn in the road)
